This is an old family recipe for a one of a kind BBQ Sauce and Meat Rub from the kitchen of Kim “Tex” Morgan’s father. The sauce was once only shared by Tex and his family but now is available to anyone. Since I am from Dallas,Texas I’m always asked about the sauces and I’m never at a loss for words about something I really belive in. Having grown up smoking all sorts of meat products, I’m very knowledgeable in the specialty of barbequing.
