The nations second largest bank, Bank of America Corp. is planing on changes that would asses many users of basic checking accounts with monthly fees unless they agree to bank online, buy more products or maintain certain balances.

So do more business with the bank or pay fees up to $25.  Being tested in some markets…. well lets see how long this goes on before BofA see customers go elsewhere.
