The moment has finally come!
AWAKE: The Life of Yogananda officially opens to the public this Friday, Oct. 10 at the Village East Cinema in New York City. On Thursday, the Indian Consulate is graciously hosting us at a private reception to help launch the film in NYC.
The following week, we open in Los Angeles and the San Francisco Bay Area. Then AWAKE expands nationwide. Below is a list of cities in which we have bookings, check our website for details or follow the links below:

Many of these listings are for a weeklong engagement of 3-4 showings per day — so while it may be tempting to go immediately on the first night, we encourage you to distribute your attendance throughout the week to draw larger audiences to each showing. Some of the cities above are limited engagement of one or two shows — check the links for more info.
If your city is not represented above and you are located in the U.S., you can help bring AWAKE to a theatre near you by using Gathr® “Theatrical on Demand.” It’s actually quite simple and fully explained on our screenings page. You can request a screening using your zip code and Gathr finds a theatre near you. You won’t have to pay any fees — just spread the word and get people to sign up for tickets. Once your screening reaches the “tipping point” (when the minimum number of tickets have been reserved), it becomes a reality! (No one is charge until it’s a go.)
