Arthur: I will be happy to answer your questions regarding AT&T services.  I specialize in setting up new High Speed Internet service and new DirecTV service. To start, could you please tell me what city and state you are located in?

Arthur: Hello! How may I assist you with your online order?

you: i am confused

you: i have dsl and it is slow I want a faster speed or I may have to cancel and switch to cable modem

you: what can you offer me

Arthur: You can upgrade to higher plan for the Internet services.

you: probably no longer offered, paying $30 per month, used to be $20, so that I am not happy about either

Arthur: By upgrading to the Elite plan, you will get $20 visa reward card.

you: can you get me the same price?

you: $30 or less

Arthur: I can understand your concern, but the prices for the services cannot be changed at this time.

you: ok. how do I cancel

you: charter is offering me much faster speeds for less

Arthur: As you are looking to cancel the services, you will need to call the customer services.
