On Wednesday September 9, 2015, expect Apple to release a slew of new products, some upgrades some completely new form factors, meant to stir things up in the marketplace of electronic devices.
The event will be held at the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium in San Francisco which holds approx. 6,000 people. Those in attendance will include employees, reporters & bloggers.
Speculation that there will be an iPhone 6s, or 7 are still swirling, and a larger format iPad, most likely named the iPad Pro, and an Apple TV update. We may hear more about Apple Music, but that remains to be seen.
Netflix stock has been hit hard by the possibility that Apple is looking to enter the content business, which could really stir things up for Amazon as well as NetFlix.
Apple is one of the wealthiest companies in the world, so we expect to see some groundbreaking taking place in the coming week and as always Apple has been very secretive with any pre-event announcements.
Also what musical entertainment will Apple be providing at this years event? U2 and John Mayer have performed in past years. This is the most important events of the year for Apple. What products are announced and will be available for purchase in the coming weeks will most certainly impact holiday sales and stock movement in the coming 6-12 months.
