We actually don’t know when it is shutting down for sure, but all the employees with AOL Music properties have been laid off.

AOL Radio will apparently continue.

AOL Music’s websites have lost their staff. The AOL Radio service and the DJs for Radio will continue to operate.

Dan Reilly, editor of AOL’s music site Spinner.com, which said, “Well, we all just got laid off. AOL Music is finished.”

Blogs Spinner, The Boot, Noisecreep and The BoomBox.

Slacker-powered AOL Radio service will continue to operate.

AOL’s Winamp/SHOUTcast service will also remain operational.

More details to follow.
