Pasadena Rent Stabilization Department Continues Monthly Workshop Series with Focus on Upward Adjustment of Rent
PASADENA, Calif.— The Rent Stabilization Department is continuing its Monthly Workshop Series on Rent Stabilization Topics with a new session focused on Hearings & Petitions for Upward Adjustment of Rent. This workshop will provide landlords with essential information on how to file a petition to formally request a rent increase for units subject to rent control, while also helping tenants understand the petition process and what to expect during hearings.
The workshop will take place on Tuesday, March 11, 2025, at 6 p.m. at the Los Robles Building, located at 199 South Los Robles Avenue, Conference Room 1 FL. Attendees may join in person or participate virtually via Zoom by visiting Bit.ly/MonthlyRSDWorkshops.
