Mass Shooting in San Bernardino 14 Dead

Mass Shooting San Bernardino taking place at 11am(PST) on Wednesday December 2, 2015.

Reports that 14 people have been killed at a social services facility in San Bernardino.

Bomb threat at Loma Linda Medical center which was cleared. Five patients being treated at Loma Linda. Armed guards at the facility.

FBI and ATF are on scene. Police responding to active shooter.

Suspects area of 1365 S. Waterman Ave., Inland Regional Center, a facility for the developmentally disabled in San Bernardino, California. Where a holiday party was being held. Apparently Farook left the party angry and returned shortly thereafter and started shooting.

One officer was wounded in the shooting.

Shooters fled in black SUV. Later at approx 3pm gun battle took place with two suspects killed, one in the vehicle and out outside on San Bernardino, a couple miles form the scene of the mass shooting.   Mass aresenal of guns and bombs found.

Home of shooting suspects was raided and is being investigating.

Suspects: Reported to be husband and wife. Syed Rizwan Farook and Tashfeen Malik (27), devout Muslim.

Farook and Malik reported had a daughter, but there is conflicting information and who the daughter belonged to.

Large area, approx 600 people being cleared out of buildings

What was the motive? Did they act alone? The two did not apparently have ties to ISIS or other terrorist organizations, but Farook is reported to have made a recent trip to Saudi Arabia for an arranged marriage.

95th Christmas Tree Lane Lighting Ceremony

Lights from Altadena Drive down to Woodbury on Santa Rosa will be lit for the 95th year! Come out for the kick off ceremony at 6:00pm. This will be the only time that Santa Rosa will be closed to automobile traffic and you can walk up and down the Lane. Santa Rosa will be closed beginning at 4:00. Come early, avoid parking issues and hang out at the Winter Festival that begins at 2:00pm.
