What Exactly is Unclaimed Money?

Some people think that “unclaimed money” is too good to be true… It is a very real thing.
When people leave money in dormant bank accounts or move and forget to change their address for utility deposits or dividends, all of this money is turned over to the state or federal government to hold.

Unfortunately, that is where it sits until the owner finds and claims it.

Some of the unclaimed funds are also inheritance owed to generations past that need to be claimed by heirs.

Google and Clean Power Finance Partner to Create $75 Million Fund for Residential Solar Projects

Google and Clean Power Finance Partner to Create $75 Million Fund for Residential Solar Projects

Posted 9.27.11 by Clean Power Finance

San FranciscoSeptember 27, 2011Clean Power Finance, the leading provider of integrated services and financing solutions for the solar industry, and Google (NASDAQ: GOOG) today announced the creation of a new $75 million fund to finance residential solar projects. This initial investment in Clean Power Finance’s white label financing solution represents the second fund available to its network of qualified installers who brand and market it to homeowners. Google has now invested more than $850 million in the renewable energy sector.

“Clean Power Finance has built an innovative platform that connects solar manufacturers, investors like us, and solar installers who offer our financing directly to homeowners. It’s a powerful combination that will reduce costs and facilitate the expansion of distributed solar in the U.S.,” said Rick Needham, Director of Green Business Operations at Google. “We’re proud to be among the first investors to partner with Clean Power Finance, and enable the company to continue forging strong relationships with the best brands in solar.”

SunLogic, California Solar Systems and American Vision Solar are among the many solar installers currently branding and offering homeowners Clean Power Finance’s financing solution. Read more here. The Clean Power Finance-Google fund will enable up to 3,000 homeowners to go solar in a number of key markets.

Residential solar financing is among the fastest growing categories in the solar industry. Solar power purchase agreements (PPAs) and leases are the driving force behind solar adoption among homeowners, creating an easy and low cost way to go solar. In the first quarter of 2011, PPAs/leases accounted for more than a third of all residential solar sales in California and Colorado, according to Solar Energy Industries Association (SEIA).

“I’ve been fortunate enough to be a part of residential solar financing since its inception. Google’s investment in one of Clean Power Finance’s funds further validates the rapidly growing residential solar financing category and our unique market approach. Our open, online platform makes it simple for qualified solar installers to offer the best available consumer financing from leading investors like Google,” said Nat Kreamer, Clean Power Finance Chief Executive Officer and board member.

Forty percent of residential solar systems sold in the U.S. last year were facilitated by Clean Power Finance’s platform. CPF Tools was the first SaaS, professional-grade solar quoting and proposal application on the market, and today represents the most comprehensive platform connecting solar system installation, design, sales and financing. Peaceful Protestors Penned and Sprayed with Mace In New York

PEACEFUL FEMALE PROTESTORS PENNED IN THE STREET AND MACED!- #OccupyWallStreet
Occupy Wall Street More Police Abuse!

Watch the slow motion video. it is evident.
Occupy Wall Street Protesters Maced / Pepper Sprayed by NYPD Police
Note: It appears that one of the officers in the white uniforms, is where the spray came from. Look at 22-23 seconds in.

This supervisor was the pepper spray officer. I see him and one other person walk up to the female victim and then an arm reach out with pepper spray. Here is a slow motion video…https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TZ05rWx1pig and this video at the 1:15 mark shows him walking up the spot – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nMoKsZp5iao.

Anonymous Leaks Personal Details of Cop Who Pepper-Sprayed Wall Street Protesters

The cop featured in a video pepper-spraying “Occupy Wall Street” protesters for no apparent reason. They say they’ve found him, and are circulating a document with his and his family’s personal information. This could get ugly.

A document posted on Pastebin.com, the cop who blasted young women in the face with pepper spray in the now-iconic video above is NYPD Captain Deputy Inspector Anthony Bologna. Bologna was identified as the pepper-sprayer by a photographer who witnessed the incident and posted a blown-up image of his badge to his blog.

The Pastebin document, which has over 20,000 views and contains Bologna’s name and possible phone numbers and addresses, along with a list of potential family member names.

While on a peaceful march near Union Square in downtown Manhattan, multiple female protestors were penned up in the street by orange mesh baricade, then maliciously maced.

The women were peaceful and unarmed. They were secured by barricade with an overwhelming police presence. And they were then sprayed directly in the face with pressurized mace…

WeAreTheOther99 continues to peacefully occupy Lower Manhattan to begin a dialogue with the Top 1% with the goal of a peaceful transition of power back to the People.

This can no longer be stopped. But be advised, this will not be televised.

This is a daily event where your voice can be heard. The Occupy Wall Street protests are going National and global over the next few weeks. For more photos visit – https://www.citizenside.com/en/reporter-photo-video/davidscameracraft.html

President Obama Visits Los Angeles Prepare for Major Traffic Jams West Hollywood – ObamaJam!

Update: Obama has landed at LAX and has taken a helicopter to the VA complex, from there he will take a limo to the House of Blues. Is it not possible to take a helicopter all the way to The House of Blues? Maybe Obama wants to get in some sight seeing. I thought there are locations on the Sunset Strip that a helicopter could land, even a street intersection parallel to Sunset would work near the HOB.
Anyway the damage is being done in the traffic congestion this city will experience. Why not have the event at the airport or a hanger at the airport? This whole thing makes no sense!

President Barack Obama visits Los Angeles, get ready for massive traffic jams and street closures, West Hollywood will be a total mess, stay away from this area between today around 3pm and tomorrow around 11am. Actually you would probably be best served to stay away from this area completely today and tomorrow.

So President Obama stomps into town, creates a traffic nightmare during RUSH HOUR!
Hey Obama take a helicopter and save us all the grief of dealing with your visit.

Schools are closing early, businesses along the closure routes will lose thousands if not hundreds of thousands in revenue, all for President Obama to raise funds for his political re-election.
The more I watch the actions of this President the more disappointed I am in him as a leader. A leader that speaks of the people and jobs, and employment opportunities would not snarl traffic in a city where commuting is so critical and in dire need of a major overhaul. President Obama you are not doing anyone any favors by bringing your caravan to the streets of West Hollywood.

House of Blues – fund raiser tyler Ferguson, Concert, $250 per ticket!

Fig & Olive – Jeffrey Katzenberg dinner with couples costing $35,000($18,000 each) for dinner.

Obama arrives Monday September 26, around 4:40pm, expect gridlock!

We should expect the impact in the early morning rush hour:

San Vicente Boulevard will be closed between Santa Monica Boulevard and Melrose Avenue from 6 a.m. Monday to noon Tuesday.

View West Hollywood road closures in a larger map

Here’s the details on the closures:
1. Sunset Boulevard from Doheny Drive to Sweetzer Avenue;
2. Santa Monica Boulevard from Doheny to La Cienega Boulevard;
3. La Cienega from Sunset to Rosewood Avenue.

Motorists hoping for shortcuts will be disappointed.
Shutdowns will be in effect
1. Olive Drive from Sunset to Santa Monica Boulevard,
2. Holloway Drive from Sunset to La Cienega
3. Fountain Avenue from La Cienega to Sweetzer Avenue,
4. De Longpre Avenue from Fountain Avenue to Flores Street.

Note to Obama and staff:
Obama just take a helicopter, would spare us this nightmare!
