The Last Grilled Cheese Invitational is happening on April 12th, 2014 and will be the biggest, cheesiest, MOST imperial delight to ever land on the toasted, melted shores of Los Angeles.
NOWHERE will you find more hot cheesy goodness than at the GCI, with vendors such as The Grilled Cheese Truck, Greenspan’s Grilled Cheese, The Oaks Gourmet, Melt It, Cheesy Amigos, Dogtown Dogs, and many more, you’ll be able to pack your belly to bursting with hot cheesy goodness!
There’s costume contests, poetry contests, cheese calling contests, music, food, beer, glory, glory and MORE glory!

Tickets are on sale now! Even though we have reached capacity for official judges for 2013, don’t you worry because you can still vote in the People’s Choice awards by purchasing as many hot and fresh grilled cheese from our vendors that space and time will allow.

Thanks to BREVILLE, CABOT CREAMERY, MURRAY’S CHEESE SHOP and the awesome folks at LA BREA BAKERY, this year the GCI will have a “MAKE YOUR OWN GRILLED CHEESE” booth where attendees can chose the ingredients THEY WANT and have the grilled cheese made right before their eyese thanks to BREVILLE’s amazing sandwich cooker, The Original™!
We’ll also have over 15 vendors of the best damned Grilled Cheese Sandwiches you can find!
Plus, there’ll be will be free samples from Kruegermann Pickles and Jarritos soda pops!
Visit our non-profit fundraiser Beer Garden for brews from New Belgium Brewing, Lagunitas Brewing, Sierra Nevada, Firestone Walker and more. All proceeds from the beer garden benefit the Rotary Club of Los Angeles.
