Is there a catch? Nope, unless you are feeling generous, says IHOP: “In return for the free flapjacks, we ask you to consider leaving a little something behind for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals and other designated local charities.” PS, it’s ONE free short stack per guest, dine-in only.
