OPEN HOUSE
on Saturday, January 9, 2010
for Mama’s Small Business Kitchen Incubator

“Creating and Mentoring Small Food-Based Businesses”

Between 10 am and 3 pm we will provide
• on-going tours of the facility
• product exhibits by our current small food-based
businesses
• a table filled with delicious foods prepared by our current
small food-based businesses
• materials explaining how to become a small food-based
business through our facility and benefit from our
resources.
A program will feature the support of Pasadena Mayor
Bill Bogaard, Broadcom C0-founder Dr. Henry T. Nicholas,
and other community leaders at 1 pm.
Mama’s Small Business Kitchen Incubator is located at
45 N. San Gabriel Blvd. (a half block north of Colorado Blvd.
– see map on back) Pasadena, CA 91107 and is an economic
development program of Episcopal Housing Alliance and
Economic Development.

Mama’s costs $9,000 a week to operate

Michael Christie cooks mesquite-roasted vegetables for salsa, to be served up with his authentic Tex-Mex fajitas.
Christie – at texasfajitaco.com – is betting locals will love the marinated, grilled skirt steak, salsa, guacamole and tortillas.

Mama’s Small Business Kitchen Incubator is a non-profit kitchen that has a 2500 square foot shared commercial kitchen for rent by the hour in Pasadena, CA. Hourly rates vary. Please contact Larry Bressler for additional information and your rental needs.
