Southern California

JOIN NOW!

FIBERSHED is the hottest movement in the World of Natural Fibers in California!
It is a geographical area that is bound together by the local natural fibers that it
grows, dyes, processes, buys and wears, supporting a micro economy it creates.

The GOLD COAST FIBERSHED is an affiliate of FIBERSHED that connects most of Southern California
in a 250 mile radius surrounding Somis in Ventura County (see map above).
Within our boundaries are ranchers, farmers, artists, technicians, millers, designers, and enthusiasts
of every kind of natural fiber and its related activities.

If you like FIBER, if you like DYES, if you like fiber ANIMALS, if you are a FIBER ARTIST,
if you run a BUSINESS that involves natural fiber,
or if you are thinking of getting involved in any aspect of NATURAL FIBER,
then you have a role in the
