Your account for a SMALL box has been activated. Please note that any changes you make to your account via telephone message or e-mail will prompt a confirmation from our office. If you do not receive this confirmation directly from a representative from our office, you will be correct in assuming that we have not received your request, and you may want to follow up.

If you do not receive your first delivery, or any scheduled delivery, please advise within 24 hours of missed delivery, so that we may follow up with your delivery driver and review the account for credit. Please do not wait for an invoice to tell us you have not received a delivery.

If you wish to remove, add, or alter a future delivery, please do so by logging into your current account, using your e-mail address as your username and your current password (if you have not yet registered a password, use your shipping zip code as password); or you may call our office or e-mail us directly. Please do not sign up again on our website as this will give you two accounts with us. Please allow 48 hours to complete all changes. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs, however, we cannot be responsible for requests not made in time, and you may be charged for the excess delivery.

If you have not already provided credit card information, you may choose to use Visa or Mastercard for automatic monthly debits. Otherwise, you will receive a monthly invoice in the mail.

If a key or gate code is needed, please advise immediately in order that we may obtain this prior to your first delivery; your account may be charged for any attempted delivery which cannot be completed due to lack of pertinent information.

Your driver is instructed to pick up all used boxes. The boxes fold flat quite easily by pulling on the bottom. We appreciate your willingness to return all used packing materials for reuse or recycle.

You may go onto our website (without logging in) to view the contents of your box. This information is updated each Friday morning.
