Being born at Huntington Hospital in this City of the Roses and returning home here in 1983 to open our first family restaurant ~ ~ everything here in Pasadena has been a most special affair of the heart (our shared corazon). Being married here, raising children and working relentlessly on sustainable relationships in our community have created bonds that are both unshakable and nurturing.
So, it is time to create a new culinary chapter which reflects and resonates with our three decade-long commitment to all things sustainable and organic, plus the absolute highest level of quality ingredients and passion for both cuisine and hospitality. Hence, you, our valued friends and family, are invited to come and experience Alma de la Rosa first, during our first month of business.
