It appears that the final touches are being done to the Paul Martin’s American Grill opening soon at South Lake in Pasadena.

The patio looks close, the front of the location looks done, there are lights inside and they have a sign out front that they are hiring. Perhaps it will open before Jan 1, 2016. It is uncertain, but we would not be surprised if they did open.

The South Lake business district of Pasadena has seen some increase in new business activity.  There are still many open locations, but perhaps now there is an upswing in new leases being signed.

Other locations here. Pasadena will be the fifth location to open in Southern California.

Other locations currently opening include: El Segundo, Irvine, Westlake Village, and Rancho Cucamonga.
