Fantasy sports is big business, followed by Yahoo!, ABC ESPN, FanDuel and DraftKings are large with millions of dollars in transactions and millions of members. DraftKings and FanDuel have been on an advertising blitz to gain marketshare.

The revealing of potential insider trading by these two sites will certainly affect how people who use the sites will use the sites. Perhaps they are not trustworthy if people who work for the company are using data collected to make decisions and win money. This is not fair to those who obviously do not have access to this data.
