Sprouts Farmers Market Pasadena, CA Bad Experience

Just left the Sprouts Farmers Market Pasadena, CA store and not happy. Basically there is nothing in the ad on the 72 hr that states about quantities limited or while supplies last. I came in well before the end of the 72 hrs. First problem, the run around to get an answer on if there are more pineapples, then I decided to go to the register, and the cashier said sure, no problem I can give you a rain check, then the person I originally asked came to the register and said that Eric manager(#4) said there’s none left and they are not giving rain checks. So I went and asked to speak to Eric, not only was he rude and arrogant, but insisted that the 72 hr sale was while supplies last.. I asked nicely please show me where it says that in the ad. Nowhere to be found said talk to corporate that it is their policy… really? He then basically told me to get lost and proceed to bag groceries. You have lost a customer! and I am pissed. There are too many choices customers have to put up with bad customer service. Request: Make this right and properly train managers and employees on proper customer service.
