Event Preview The recent JOBS Act Law gives entrepreneurs access to capital in new, streamlined ways. The new rules are the biggest change in the Stock Market in decades with IPO’s now possible for much smaller amounts. Startups can also raise small amounts from Crowdfunding/Crowdsourcing from a large numbers of investors or benefactors.
