Event Preview

The recent JOBS Act Law gives entrepreneurs access to capital in new, streamlined ways. The new rules are the biggest change in the Stock Market in decades with IPO’s now possible for much smaller amounts.

Startups can also raise small amounts from Crowdfunding/Crowdsourcing from a large numbers of investors or benefactors.

This event will examine how entrepreneurs can capitalize on this new funding landscape with presentations and a panel discussion from Wall Street Bankers, Government Officials, Attorneys and Entrepreneurs.
