In the meantime The Voice on NBC appears to be going strong with a rebroadcast during Idol of their first episode where contestants start to perform and the judges are turned with their backs to the performers as soon as the hear something they like they turn around indicated they want to work with the performer, if more than one spins, they judges compete to see who can convince the performer to work with them.
