U-Pick Apples This Weekend!

The APPLES ARE HERE! We have been picking for the last several days Now it’s your turn. And, we want to offer our mailing list customers the first chance to come up and u-pick apples in 2010 at a special price (see coupon below). We are so blessed this year with a “bumper” crop – one of the largest we’ve ever seen. This weekend we’re opening our Gravenstein orchard (Gravenstein is the best baking apple!) While you’re visiting our friendly u-pick stand, you can also stick around and pick some juicy red raspberries — we’ve got 3 acres of raspberry vines just dripping with berries!
The most exciting news we have for you is that the official beginning of Apple Season is Labor Day Weekend, September 4, 5, & 6. That means not only can you u-pick apples and berries — our weekend Apple Season activities will be in full swing from Labor Day Weekend to Thanksgiving Weekend. Hop on Seth’s carriage for a horse-drawn hayride through the orchards; press a gallon of fresh, pure apple cider; take the kids to our Little Seedling Ranch and Play Area where they can visit with (and feed!) our llama, goats, sheep, and chickens. Work up an appetite and we’ll satisfy it in a big way with our famous Riley’s BBQ tri-tip steak, ribs, sausages, hot dogs, and pulled pork sandwiches There’s nothing like a slice of our high-top apple pie, baked from scratch, for dessert. Visit our country gift store — we’ve got it stocked full with all kinds of fresh jams, jellies, honey, and gourmet foods, plus hundreds of unique gift items that are sure to please.
U-PICK Apples will be available this season Wed-Sun, 10-4.
