California State Parks could be the first state parks in the nation to impose a Smoking Ban.

This would be a welcome law. Nothing like being at a State Park enjoying a beautiful view and surroundings to have it ruined by someone smoking. And what is worse is that some smokers have such an arrogant attitude about smoking that it is their right to pollute the air that others breathe.

Smokers need help, perhaps this should be a part of the National Health Care legislation.
